Biovedika Masala (Spices Blends) are made with the choicest of ingredients using pre-roasted blend of ground & whole spices blend to perfection to give you authentic taste, aroma and flavour.
How to use: Pressure Cook 1 cup Toor dal with 3 cups of water until it is fully mashed. Add 150g chopped vegetables(carrot, pumpkin, drumstick, ladyfinger, brinjal etc.) and add 2 tbsps of tamarind pulp and cook till tender.
Add it to the cooked dal and 2 tbsps of Biovedika Sambar Masala, boil further and add salt to taste.
For tempering, Heat 2 tbsps Oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, 2 red chilli stics, 3-4 dried curry leaves and add to it the dal mixture and mix well. Serve Hot.
